My experience with web technologies and pursuant nature led me to pioneer an internal role for myself as a Website Specialist. I've played critical and authorative roles in growing this department from myself to over a dozen individuals. The department is now the most profitable team within my division.

Throughout the last five years in the corporate website sector, I've serviced thousands of websites to-date while communicating directly with their respective partners and clients. Services that I have provided include, but are not limited to: installing e-commerce solutions, restoring website outages, cleaning hacked websites of malicious code, cross-server migrations, and more.

I was immediately promoted following the introduction of senior-level roles. I continue to play an integral role in my team's success and continued growth.

I helped hundreds of local marketing agencies provide online solutions to their local markets. These solutions included software tools to help small businesses manage their reputation, social media presence, websites, and more. I personally managed up to 30 partner relationships at any given time.

This physically-demanding role mandated strong communication skills with heavy equipment operators to ensure the safety of myself and others.

Relevant duties included providing customers with a pleasant banking experience and helping them find alternative, satisfactory solutions when my role did not allow me to do so effectively.

My experience in client-first roles have allowed me to develop an adamant communicative skillset both online and offline.

My confident deliverance has built and saved many partner and client relationships throughout my career.

I am a detailed-oriented individual and my priority is client satisfaction.
